If a return is needed, please contact us within 5 days of shipping arrival date. If you want a full refund, it must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with the tags still attached within 10 days of receiving your package.
If the item is damaged, please share in your email photos and a short description of what broke within 5 days of receiving it or we won't be able to get the item replaced for you with the manufacturer. A shipping label will be sent to you to return the shoes at no charge.
