Shipping + Returns
All footwear items follow a 14-day return policy. Customers must notify Alex’s Boutique within 14 days of receipt if they wish to return an item. All returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging. If a product arrives damaged or defective, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
