• Tier System: Membership tiers (Gatherer, Curator, Muse) unlock additional benefits as Leaves accumulate.

• Redemption: Leaves may be redeemed for store discounts, subject to minimum point and subtotal requirements.

• Expiration: If no account activity occurs for 6 months, 50% of earned Leaves will automatically expire.

• Expiration Notices: Customers receive an automated email 14 days before Leaves expire.

• Non‑Transferable: Leaves cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside this program.

• Program Changes: We may update, modify, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time. Abuse or fraudulent activity may result in removal and forfeiture of Leaves.
