Returns & Exchanges

Quick Summary
  • Damaged or defective? Email shop@alexsboutique.com within 5 days of delivery with photos.

  • Exchanges/returns: You have 14 days from delivery for items that can be returned.

  • Final Sale: Earrings & jewelry, hats/headwear, beauty, home décor & furniture, high-end/designer, seasonal (defects are still covered for 5 days).

  • Condition: Items must be unused/unworn, with tags on and original packaging. See footwear rules below.

1) Damaged or Defective (within 5 days)

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email shop@alexsboutique.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll send a replacement or refund. After 5 days, we can’t process damage claims.

2) What You Can Return or Exchange (within 14 days)

Apparel & Most Items
  • Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, scent-free, with original tags/packaging.

Footwear
  • Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Try on indoors on a clean surface.

  • Shoes must be unworn (no creases, scuffs, toe-imprints, lint, pet hair, fragrance, or residue).

  • Send back in the original shoe box with all inserts.

  • Place the shoe box inside an outer mailer/carton. Do not tape or ship the shoe box by itself.

  • Returns with worn soles or damaged/missing boxes may be refused.

 

Partnered vendors (footwear): Many shoe styles ship directly from our partners. Their timelines and packaging standards apply. Returns outside 14 days or not meeting the above rules aren’t eligible.

3) Final Sale (no returns or exchanges)

These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If they arrive damaged/defective, email us within 5 days for a replacement.

  • High-end/designer and seasonal items

4) How to Request an Exchange or Return
  1. Email shop@alexsboutique.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you’d like to exchange/return.

  2. We’ll confirm if it qualifies and, if approved, send a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack securely (follow the footwear box rule if you’re returning shoes).

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship your exchange or issue an approved refund.

5) Refunds

Refunds are rare and handled case by case after inspection.
If approved, refunds are issued within 1–2 business days (your bank may take additional time).

6) Vendor-Specific Notes
Yune Yoga
  • Return window: 14 days from receipt; items must be undamaged, unworn/unused, with all tags.

  • Damaged/defective: contact us within 5 days for return/exchange/refund eligibility.

  • Processing: 3–4 business days; Delivery (USA): 1–2 business days.

Newcastle Classics
  • Return window: 14 days from receipt; items must be undamaged, unworn/unused, with all tags.

  • Damaged/defective: contact us within 5 days for return/exchange/refund eligibility.

  • Processing: 1–2 business days; Delivery (USA): 1–2 business days.

7) Order Cancellations
